The 7-story sports (mid-rise) building project was originally designed using a conventional steel structure Design, Pebsteel re-designed it as a Pre-engineered building structure using built-up members in a more efficient, Safe, and economical way with more cost savings to customers (29.6m Height, 17.7m Clear space for Badminton Courts).
